By registering to play at Point Cook Cricket Club you are agreeing to abide by the players code of conduct as well as the parents code of conduct.
Fees : Junior Fees are used to cover the following, Council ground fees + Cricket Balls + Umpires + Pavilion expenses + Insurance + affiliation fees + Ground maintenance + Training equipment.
The volunteer Levy is used for Coaching Courses + specialist coaches + specialist equipment.
To encourage junior players to play Cricket the club subsides each player and makes up this difference through fund raising events over the course of the season.
All of our junior coaches are volunteers ie they are not paid. They choose to do junior coaching because of the passion that they have for Cricket and there desire to help the young people in our community. For junior sporting clubs to be successful we must combine our Coaches skills with parent support.
Volunteer levy per family. This fee is fully refundable on volunteering a small amount of your time with your children. As you can see from the following volunteer list nearly every family will receive there $50 fee back.
Volunteer list. Upon completing please let your coach know and they will arrange for your levy to be returned, note this is not full list of roles and is just a suggestion of what would qualify.
Scoring, Assistant at training, Setting up grounds, BBQ at Bunnings Day helpers, ground maintenance, Coaching, Assistant Coaching, team manger role, Match reports, Match Photos and Helpers at club events just to name a few.
This years fees are
First Junior player $240 + $50.00 Volunteer levy (Fully refundable on volunteering at the club) = $290
Second Junior player $190
